Look, I'm going to keep it short and simple.

I hate it when your having an in depth conversation with someone on msn, either an argument or about something very important and you hit a controversial part and they just go offline without saying anything. As sad as it seems, it makes you feel very annoyed, despite it only being the interenet. And that Tom is what really grinds my gears.
